Are returns free?

Returns are free in metropolitan France, except for products with discounted prices. For products displaying discounted prices or coming from an order outside metropolitan France, these are at the customer's expense.

You have received your shoes but the size or model does not suit you?

Don't worry, you have 14 days to return them to us from the date of receipt of the package. Packages returned after the 14 day period cannot be accepted.

How do I handle the return of an order outside of France?

We leave it up to you to organise the return by yourself or we will be happy to send you a return label and inform you of the cost of the return beforehand. If you wish to send your return or exchange yourself, the address will be given to you in response to your request.

Outside EU, we have to send you a document before the return.


What is the return/exchange address?

Delivery details will be sent to you by e-mail once your request for a return or exchange has been processed.

Important information:

Once the model has been received, we will check it. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their boxes or packaging. The shoes must not have been worn or damaged. We advise you to try on your shoes on a mat so as not to mark the soles.  If the returned goods do not meet these conditions we will not be able to accept the return.

Refund:

We refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the return. We refund the value of the item and not the delivery charges previously due. For a refund following a free delivery, we deduct the shipping costs chosen, offered and applicable to the delivery zone concerned.

Exchange:

For any size or model exchange request, we will keep you informed of the availability of the desired model.

Are Exchanges are Free in USA or Canada ?

In the event of an exchange request, we suggest to manage the return by an Express label, the cost of which is paid by the customer, and we offer the second shipment. :-), except for products with discounted prices.

Credit Note:

For a credit note request, you will receive a voucher to keep preciously for reuse in your next order. No time limit of use.
