Not The right size or Style?
No worries — you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
How to request a return or exchange

Download and complete the Return/exchange Form

Send it by email before shipping your item: bonjour.annethomas@gmail.com
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
(For shipments outside the EU, we will also send you the mandatory customs document before the return).
Returns

France (mainland): Returns are free of charge (except for discounted items).

USA, Canada, Asia :
- You may organize the return on your own,
- Or we can provide you with a prepaid return label (shipping cost will be communicated in advance and deducted from your refund).
Exchanges

France (mainland): Free exchanges (except for discounted items).

USA & Canada:
- Return shipping is at your expense (via your own carrier or with our Express label).
- We cover the cost of shipping your new pair, except for discounted items.

Asia:
- Return & new shipping is at your expense (via your own carrier or with our Express label).
Important notes

Discounted items: return and exchange costs are always at the customer’s expense.

The return/exchange address is provided once your request has been validated.
Condition of returned items
Once received, all returns are carefully inspected.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Shoes must be unworn and undamaged.

We recommend trying them on a clean mat to avoid marking the soles.
If these conditions are not met, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
Refunds

Refunds are issued within 15 days of receiving your return.

We refund the value of the item(s) only, excluding any initial shipping costs.

If your order benefited from free shipping, the corresponding shipping fee (applicable to your delivery zone) will be deducted from the refund.
- If a refund request is made before your shipment is processed, it will be accepted with a deduction of 25 USD (for purchases under 400 USD) to cover transaction costs. For purchases over 400 USD, the costs will be calculated.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
In the event of an error resulting in the loss of the parcel, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund. If the parcel is returned to us and the customer does not wish to have it reshipped, a refund will be issued with a deduction of 25 USD for orders under 400 USD, to cover transaction and processing fees. For orders above 400 USD, transaction fees will be calculated and deducted accordingly.
Unclaimed Parcels and Reshipment
- In the event that a parcel is not collected from a pick-up point or is returned to our workshop due to absence, an incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be informed of its return.
A new shipment may be arranged at the customer’s request, subject to prior payment of the reshipping costs. If the customer does not proceed with payment of the reshipping costs within 10 days after notification, the order will be considered abandoned. In such case, the order may be refunded in the form of store credit, after deduction of the shipping and handling costs incurred.
Store Credit

If you prefer, we can issue Store Credit for the value of your item(s).

Your Store Credit has no expiration date and can be applied to any future order.
