Due to changes in US customs regulations, we currently ship via UPS or DHL to facilitate the delivery of packages.

Orders shipped to the United States are subject to import duties and taxes.
Based on recent observations, US customs apply a 15% import duty.
These fees are collected directly by US Customs or UPS/DHL — never by us.

For your information, orders under 800 USD were historically exempt from duties (“de minimis” rule). This exemption was removed under the Trump administration, meaning duties are now apply even below 800 USD.

SLOW - post service - delivery to your door
Postal shipping in 7 to 14 days depending on the country, available outside Europe, with tracking number in most countries. Can be without tracking. Once crossed the border the tracking is done on the website of the national post office of the country concerned.
Delivery at home or at your place of work, with or without signature. In case of absence, the parcel will be deposited at the nearest post office.

Secure delivery 4 to 6 days according to country, at home with signature. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the company will return the next day or the parcel will be deposited at the nearest post office.

Undelivered order :

Any order not collected from a pickup point, or refused by the customer during customs clearance, is automatically returned to us. In the case of reshipment, a second shipping fee will be required. In the event of a refund, a fixed fee of 20 USD will be deducted, in addition to transport costs, to cover handling and logistical expenses.
