Refund policy

Customs : 

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Refunds:

We will issue a refund within 15 days of receiving the return. We will refund the value of the item and not the delivery charges previously due. For a refund following a free delivery, we deduct the shipping costs chosen, offered and applicable to the delivery zone concerned.

Exchange :

For all requests to exchange a size or model, we will inform you of the availability of the desired model,

If you are in metropolitan France, the exchange return is offered.
Upon receipt of the product, a payment link is sent to you to pay the new shipping cost and possibly a supplement in case of a product of a higher amount. For an exchange with a product of a lower amount, we take into account this difference and if necessary we refund you the difference.

Credit notes:

For a credit note request, you will receive a voucher to keep for your next order. There is no time limit for use.
