How Do Anne Thomas Shoes Fit?
Our shoes are developed according to European sizing standards (EU/FR). In the vast majority of cases, we recommend choosing your usual size.
In 2025, only 18% of our orders resulted in a return or exchange, compared to an estimated average of 45% for online shoe purchases in France.
In other words, most of our customers find the right size from the very first shipment.
As for width, our lasts are designed according to international standards to suit as many foot shapes as possible. However, some styles may fit slightly narrower or more generously depending on their construction and the materials used. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Each product page includes specific sizing advice for that style. If a model fits slightly larger or smaller than usual, we clearly indicate it in red.

Orders shipped to the United States are subject to import duties and taxes.
Based on recent observations (Dec. 2025) , US customs apply a 15% import duty.
These fees are collected directly by US Customs or UPS/DHL — never by us.
For your information, orders under 800 USD were historically exempt from duties (“de minimis” rule).
This exemption was removed under the Trump administration, meaning duties are now apply even below 800 USD.
