To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you indicate an address where you are sure to be present during the day (your office for example). We do not deliver post box.

Why we add extra cost on sales ? :
During the normal period, we take the larger part of the real shipping cost. As it is, our product are more affordable for everybody around the world. We cannot do the same effort if the product is in sales. Indeed, our products have a real fair prices due the high quality, it is why we have to add an extra cost. Please note, that a large part of our offer is never in sales.

Our shipping methods :
Secured delivery in 2 to 3 days according to country with tracking number. Home delivery in mailbox.
Secured delivery in 2 to 4 days according to country, available in Europe, with tracking number.Deposit at home or at your place of work, with or without signature. In case of absence, the postman lets the package at the nearest post officer or the transport company will return the next day. If you are absent again, a notice will be left in your mailbox to arrange a new delivery.
Express DHL / Fedex / UPS
Secure delivery n 1 to 4 days according to country, at home with signature. If you are absent at the time of delivery, DHL will return the next day. If you are absent again, a notice will be left in your mailbox to arrange a new delivery.
Return Policy :
You received your pair of shoes or your jewelry but the size or model does not suit you? Don't worry, you have 14 days to return them to us from the date of the invoice. Please download the dedicated Return Form and send it to us by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your request received, we send you the instructions to return the product. Returns are free from metropolitan France. For jewelry returns and from the rest of the world, all return costs are your responsibility. In sales periods, all returns are your responsibility.

Packages returned after the 14 days deadline cannot be accepted.
In case of refusal of receipt by the customer, and a return shipper through the transport provider, we can not accept the return beyond 14 days, from the date of refusal.
We check the product, once received. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their boxes or packaging. Shoes and jewellery must not have been worn or damaged. We advise you to try your pair of shoes on a carpet so as not to mark the sole. If the returned products do not respect these conditions, we will not be able to accept your return.
We refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the return. We refund the value of the item and not the delivery charges previously due. For a refund following a free delivery, we deduct shipping costs applicable to the delivery area concerned.
Following your exchange request, we will keep you informed of the availability of the desired model. Upon receipt of the pair to be exchanged (according to the conditions described above), a payment link is sent to you to pay the new transport cost and possibly a supplement in case of product of a higher amount. For an exchange with a product of a lower amount, we take into account this difference and if necessary, we will refund the difference.
Credit Note :
For a credit note request, you will receive a voucher to keep preciously for reuse in your next order. No time limit of use.
